How do I get tickets to an individual show? Show tickets may be purchased at the Warren Performing Arts Center box office.Our normal business hours are 10-11:30 AM and 12:30-4 PM, Monday through Friday.We are closed holidays. You may also buy online HERE.To charge by phone, call the box office at (317) 532-6280. When available, tickets will be sold at the box office on the day of the show beginning one hour prior to curtain.
How do I get season tickets? Season tickets go on sale in late summer for the August-May season. Current subscribers have the first chance to renew their seats. After the renewals are completed, all new orders will be filled in time and date order as they are received. If you’re on our mailing list, we’ll send you a brochure in late summer detailing our upcoming season and including a season ticket order form.To be added to our mailing list, submit your contact information HERE. What is your refund/exchange policy? Refunds or exchanges are not given after tickets have been purchased, except in the case of event cancellation or date change.This policy is noted on each ticket. If you find you are unable to attend a performance, please consider these options:

Do you have a lost and found? Yes.Please call the box office at (317) 532-6280 if you have lost or found an item at the PAC.
May I bring my children to an event? Yes. Youth ages 17 and under may attend events and may even get discounted ticket prices for certain shows. However, some events are not recommended for young children, and we discourage the attendance of any children under 3 unless specified otherwise.
I see that you offer discounts on tickets to certain shows for students and seniors; who counts as a student?As a senior? Student tickets are for anyone age 17 and under.Senior tickets are for anyone 60 and up.
Is the Warren accessible to those with disabilities? Yes.The PAC lobby is accessible to wheelchairs and those with other mobility impairments.There are two automatic doors for entering the building. Row R of Eash Auditorium (the big theatre) is reserved for patrons needing accessible seating and their companions, and can be reached via ramp from the lobby.Please note that seats in our two balconies are not accessible to those with mobility impairments, as the WPAC does not have an elevator. Seating in the Thom Feit Studio Theatre (the smaller theatre) varies according to event, but the Theatre is located on the ground floor and generally very easy to navigate.We’re glad to provide specifics on accessibility for your particular event—just ask. Do you have an elevator to the balcony? No. We regret that there is no elevator to the balcony seating. If you have specific accessibility needs please contact the box office and we will do our best to accommodate your request. How do I book the Center for my event? Please contact the box office for all booking request. The center is not available for private parties or church related functions. The center usually books a year in advance starting in January, so please contact us early to make your date available. There are fees associated with booking the Center.
