The Night Before Christmas is an original ballet written especially for the students of the Dance Magic Performing Arts Company. The story focuses on the magic of Christmas when anything can happen and does! The ballet is performed by 60 young and aspiring dancers, ranging in age from 7 to 18. These versatile dancers lead us through an imaginary journey executing ballet, contemporary and jazz forms of dance. The ballet will be presented December 14 and 15, 2013 3:00 pm, at the Warren Performing Arts Center.

The WPAC Prepares for the 25th Annual TreeFest
An estimated 40 permanently and spectacularly decorated trees will be displayed during "25 YEARS OF CHRISTMAS",the 25th annual Warren Holiday TreeFest from Nov. 22-26, 2013 in the Warren Performing Arts Center (WPAC) on the campus of Warren Central High School, 9500 E. 16th St., Indianapolis.
TreeFest is presented by the Warren Arts & Education Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that funds grants for a wide variety of educational activities in MSD Warren Township Schools. This special event has served as a traditional kick-off to the holiday season on the city's far eastside for more than two decades and is enjoyed by holiday enthusiasts across the metro area.
Trees on display will range from 7 1/2 foot trees decorated by professional designers to compact two-foot creations decorated by area celebrities. Trees will be available for purchase prior to or during TreeFest; pre-sold trees remain on display during the event. The trees are ideal for home or office and will be delivered free of charge within a 25-mile radius of Indianapolis at the conclusion of the event.
Area choirs and dance groups provide on-going entertainment throughout TreeFest on the WPAC stage. A gift shop will offer the latest in holiday décor items, including one-of-a-kind treasures and hand crafted items. The concessions stand will be available for refreshments. Some other special events are being planned.
On the evening of Nov. 23rd, a festive buffet dinner plus silent and live auctions will take place at the Community Life Center, 10612 E. Washington St. A wide variety of desirable live and silent auction items will be up for bid. Winners of the tree-decorating competition will be announced.
Proceeds from TreeFest and related fund-raising activities benefit the Warren Arts and Education Foundation to help support programs that enhance opportunities for MSD Warren Township students.
